I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking why mail from someone in your contacts list is sent to the spam folder rather than your inbox?
If so, that's a mystery to me as well. It seems like there's a hiccup occasionally and yahoo just decides to send something to spam even after you'd been receiving from them for ever and a day AND have added them to your address book.
The only thing to do is to report it and maybe if enough of us report it they'll look for the error and fix it.
