I'm not sure I understand your question, but if you mean they are being blocked, it could be because you don't have their email address in your contact list.
If you don't, the spam filter will block them.
Go to your blocked addresses list and check.
Click on "Options" from the upper right of your yahoo mail page.
Click on "Block Addresses" and when the list opens, look for your friends names. When you find them, highlight them and click "Remove Block."
