Why wont new window appear for entering new email contacts?
Because thats the way it suppose to be. See how silly that sounds as an answer???
Reply:I am thinking you mean when you are trying to add people to your address book. When you click on your mail page and then go to the address tab one of top choices should be add a contact and then the page should switch. A new window does not pop up the page should completely change. If the page does not you can try sending a fake email to that person then after you send it it will ask you if you want to add it to your address book. Try doing it then. I hope this helps
