How do I transfer my Contacts file from one Yahoo email site to another I have just opened?

IF YOU USE OUTLOOK


go to Oulook express or mail program


at the top click File


then Import/Export,Export to a File, Comma Separated Value (Windows)


Then go to Yahoo Mail


at top left use drop down box beside address"s


choose Import Contacts


name the file, hit Import Now.
