How do i change my yahoo email adress and still keep all of my contacts?

I want to get a new email adress or change my current one, but I do not want to lose all the contacts, so please leave detailed instructions on how to solve this problem...thanks.

You can also create the new email address and then go to your old email and under Addresses, click on the right at the Import Export choice and choose Export. Save the file as a yahoo file if you want in the folder you can remember.


Then sign in under your new address and click under address and choose Import Export and then Import the file from the folder you saved it in.
Reply:Signup for a new email ...once you have it up and going, go to your old email and send out an email to EVERYONE in your address book informing them of your new email address. Set your Autoreply message to respond with your new email address.
