lI had to enter contacts manually as when I tried to pull them over from my old email it asked for my domain and I do not know what that is = I was with Telus email
I recently switched to yahoo email and entered my contacts but they cannot get through what am I missing?
Are you using a firewall? I'm guessing that you are, and you may have it set just a bit too high. Try lowering your firewall, or temporarily suspending it and see if anyone can get thru. Want a good laugh? I had a friend who set hers so high that even SHE couldn't get into her e-mail account and had to contact her ISP.
