Why am I receiving failure notices stating that my contacts were not contacted about our email change?

There were a lot of people in my address book that were not contacted. I was relying on True Switch to handle this.

Why am I receiving failure notices stating that my contacts were not contacted about our email change?
It's possible that their email addresses are no longer valid. Or that the email you sent to them was blocked for whatever reason.
Reply:They may not have recognized your new address and it has not been added into their address book.





How about trying to send another message, and in the subject line, identify yourself and indicate that you have a new address, please add to their address book.
