I cannot add new contacts of any kind to my email contacts list

I cannot add new email contacts to my contacts list.?
Go to the "Contacts" tab.


In the upper left corner, click on the "Add Contact" button.


Fill in the info and click the "Save" button at the bottom left corner of the screen.
