Is there anyway I can edit my hotmail email address and keep my all my contacts and messages?

you cannot edit your hotmail address ...you have to create a new one and export/import your contacts





►you can create a new account and forward your mails form the old to the new address and also export your contacts to the new address





►create the new account here

►to forward your mail to the new account


--open your old account


--options (ops)


--Forward mail to another e-mail account


--check this option'Forward your mail to another e-mail address


--%26gt;Type the e-mail address you want to forward the mail to:

►you can also export/ import your MSN / mail contacts to the new account





►sign in to MSN using your old account


--»contacts


--»save contact list


a file will be created in 'C:/my documents'





►now open MSN with the new account


--»contacts


--»import contacts


go to the file created previously


--»import





that's it





►you can also use your email


--»contacts export


--»import contacts

just similair to the above


in your windows live messenger window, go to %26gt;%26gt;%26gt; Contacts %26gt;%26gt;%26gt; Save instant messenger contacts, save somewhere on your computer, preferably the desktop or your documents.


make a new one, then, go to contacts %26gt;%26gt;%26gt; Import Instant messenger contacts, then open that, then tel everyone its you, and wait for them to accept your invite.

click on contacts - save im contacts


but you will have to make a new msn and import all the contacts on to that.
