When i forward email how do i insert contacts from my address book?

i used to be able to click on the "To" and insert addresses from the address book when i wanted to forward an email. Now the system won't insert the addresses. what is the problem?

There should be a bar on top of letter saying Insert Contacts from Address Book. Click it to get to your address book , check ones desired, then click on "Insert Contacts". They should all appear in "To" box.
