Hi Can you tell me how to send an email to a group of contacts without having to add each contact individually?

In Outlook and Outlook Express, you can set up Groups with names (like Knitting Officers or Glassblowers) and copy email addresses into them. Don't know of Yahoo mail allows you to do that.

Yes, Yahoo calls them Categories and after you add Contacts to a Category you can use it to send to the group.

in address book set up a group,then just click all you want to send to. yahoo has it. good luck
