I have Microsoft Outlook 2003. How do I set up an email contact list?

I need to send out regular emails to a list of clients. How do I compose a simple contact list which I can immediately transfer or paste to a new email message?

As it is a client list, I require this list to be BCC as well.

Go to the address book under your tools menu. From there you should be able to select "new" and add a list. Now you can name a list whatever you'd like to call them and edit it at any time.

As far as bcc, you can monkey around and try to get that field up on your window all of the time... or you can simply click "to" on your new email, and it'll pop up a window of your saved contacts and lists. Just highlight them and click the bcc button. Whala you're done!

Reply:its better to use some third party mailing software if possible - doing it through Outlook is a manual procedure, also worth getting some type of mailserver software, there are some small free ones around it just means its not all sent through your ISP's mail server making you look like a spammer if you have lots of emails to send
