When I go to send a new email message in Outlook 2003, I get the following error when I try to pull up my contacts by clicking the "To..." button:
"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Office Outlook Help."
What the heck? My contacts are listed right there when I click on the contacts tab. I am the administrator on this machine. Did something get futzed up? 10 points and my sincere gratitude to the best answer, which is hopefully a cure to my problem. Cheers and thanks!
Problem Using Outlook Contacts to Send Email?
Try to check the folder security setting where you put the address book
did you change the folder or path by accident?
