How do I set my email to recieve only from my contacts?
It is not possible to limit your mail just to your current contacts. However, Yahoo's spam guard is very good for junk. Make sure it is on. On the Yahoo mail page click Options, then Mail Options and then Spam. Make sure the check box is checked for spam guard at the top of that page. Yahoo screens out perhaps 95% of the bad messages automatically.

After that, anytime you get a bad message that slips through click the Spam button. Yahoo will learn what you do not like.
Reply:it is go to settings and you will find it, hotmail has this option so yahoo should have as well

How do i change my yahoo email adress and still keep all of my contacts?
You can also create the new email address and then go to your old email and under Addresses, click on the right at the Import Export choice and choose Export. Save the file as a yahoo file if you want in the folder you can remember.

Then sign in under your new address and click under address and choose Import Export and then Import the file from the folder you saved it in.
Reply:Signup for a new email ...once you have it up and going, go to your old email and send out an email to EVERYONE in your address book informing them of your new email address. Set your Autoreply message to respond with your new email address.
Reply:Click on options on mail page.mail addresses.add email address.another address, still have old one.still have contacts.

I want to print the email addresses of my contacts?

clicking on addresses is no longer an option. clicking on contacts only brings up one contact at a time. i want to print a list of all my contacts and their email addresses.

I want to print the email addresses of my contacts?
When under the contacts tab, just click "printable address book".
Reply:It might take a while but copy and past all of your peeps to a microsoft word and print. :) hope this helps (:
Reply:You can open the address book in another way, to print it. This is a bit tricky, so bear with me.

Click on "Compose" like you are going to send an email. Then click on "TO" and your address book which is set up just for emailing will open.

Highlight the entire list, then click file -%26gt; print.

When the print window opens, click on the "Selection" button, then click print again.
Reply:copy and paste on to word
Reply:do a mail merge in Word and then print.

On the menu bar, click on Tools. From the pull down menu, select Letters %26amp; Mailings, then select Mail Merge...
Reply:E-mail the person asking what their e-mail is. If they have their Yahoo! ID as their display name, just add "@yahoo.com" after it. (:

Or copy the name onto Word.

You can check your trash folder. If your trash folder has not been emptied then it will be in there. If your trash folder has been emptied then it is gone. Sorry!!!
Reply:lorraine try going into your email box. look on the left side of the page. do u see a column of things like inbox junk sent deleted well click on the deleted item see if your email is still there. good luck
Reply:I sometimes make that mistake. When I do though I check the trash and always find it there. That's if I didn't empty the trash.
Reply:If you havn't cleared out your 'trash' folder.

It should be in there stilll (:

I am trying to find an email contact for Radio Habana, or Radio Havana?

I am in the UK and want to follow up a programme that was on Radio Habana earlier in the year. I have found a couple of email numbers on the web, but when I send them they just get sent back. Can emails from the UK get through to Cuba?

Hope somebody can help.

I am also interested in contacting a 'Yahoo friend', possibly in Cuba, who is aware of the Opera History of Cuba.

emails can get through, I'm in touch with different people there, but most people don't have access. Here are some links to check. You can even watch Cuban television.

I had some important contacts in my previous email, is it possible to recover them?r=1237389619?

If you canceled an account or just stopped using it until Yahoo! officially deactivated an account, there would be no way to retrive any old emails or contact lists.

I accidentally deleted my email address and have to retrieve contacts and other information does anyone know?

how to retrieve infroamtion from the old email address.... This is extremly important I hope someone knows how

I don't think you can accidentally delete an email account or address. If you had actually canceled your account, and that would have to be done intentionally, then you couldn't retrieve your contact information. I wish I knew what makes you think something was "deleted". If you just deleted the icon off of your desktop, that doesn't delete your account. Go to the main Yahoo page (http://www.yahoo.com) and click on "Mail". That'll bring you to the log on page, or will open your email if you're already logged on.

There Is No Way To Restore It

When an account is deactivated, you won't be able to access it, regardless of whether or not email has been received in the account during that time.

And sorry, but you can't retrieve any of the information that was formerly stored in it.

You will lose access to your Yahoo! ID, Yahoo! Mail, and profile names. yahoo will also delete your account data and settings across the Yahoo! network. This includes any contents in:

Yahoo! Mail

Yahoo! Address Book

Flickr

Yahoo! HotJobs

GeoCities

Yahoo! Briefcase

My Yahoo!

Yahoo! Groups

Finance Portfolio

NOTE

( Or any other area of Yahoo! that can only be accessed with your Yahoo! ID and password )

From The Account Deletion Page

In most cases your account will be deactivated and then deleted from yahoo user registration database in approximately 90 days.

This delay is necessary to discourage users from engaging in fraudulent activity. Additionally, due to the limited number of names available,

we (MAY)allow other users to sign up for and use your current Yahoo! ID and profile names after your account has been deleted.

it is (NOT) automatic that you can get or anyone can get that user id again
