ok wat u have to do is click where it says "To:", it's right below the send button. then wat u do is when a dialogue box appears, u press and hold the ctrl or shift key on one name and drag ur mouse which will choose everything.

Go to Contacts - Click Add List - give it a name - start to type the first letter of the address in the box below and it will come up, continue with further names and then save. When you want to use this type the first letter of the name in the address bar and it will come up. This is for All-New Mail
